☆ Shop Policy ☆

☆☆Shipping☆☆

Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days however due to my normal work schedule it may take slightly longer than that on rare occassions. After the product is shipped and shipping confirmation email is sent, I am no longer responsible for the package.

☆☆Customs and Import Taxes☆☆

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may arise. As mentioned previously I am not responsible for delays that arise due to shipping and customs.

☆☆Returns☆☆

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on products. If there is an issue on your order please reach out and I can try my best to help.

☆☆Preorders☆☆

Pre-orders are items that have been designed and not yet produced. Understand that when you purchase these types of items you are helping to fund the project and they will not ship out until they are produced. Please read over the individual listing's description carefully before ordering. Products may be delayed that are under pre-order due to manufacturing issues, please be patient.

☆ TERMS OF SERVICE ☆

WARNING: YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL OF MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE BY COMMISSIONING ME.

▪ The commission is for PERSONAL USE only.

▪ Commercial use fees are worth twice the price.

▪ OC creation (as in I am creating a character for you) falls under commercial use regardless of whether the use is commercial or not.

▪ If my commissions are open, you can send me a DM through Instagram.

▪ You must credit me if you are going to use the commission on any social media.

▪The client cannot edit, modify or change in any way the final commission

▪Rush commissions for a specific day have extra cost depending of how long is the deadline.

▪ I can decline the request if I don't feel comfortable.

▪ You can't use my art to train AI.

▪ I will not draw Mecha, 18+ content featuring underaged characters, redraws of other peoples works.

☆☆PAYMENT☆☆

▪ I only accept Paypal (USD)

▪The payment is in advance.

▪ After accepting your order, I will need your PayPal email to send you a payment format.

▪Only after 100% of the payment is done, I will start with the commission.

▪Additional accessories, specific background, and especially detailed characters have an additional cost.

▪ (+) Extra characters cost 100% of the price.

▪After the sketch is done, I will not accept any REFUND. Unless I have a health or personal problem and cannot meet your commission.

☆☆TERMS☆☆

▪ My working time is 2 weeks to 2 months, sometimes in less time. Please be patient.

▪ Keep in mind that I usually modify the colors according to my art style, using layer modes, filters, etc.

▪ I do not give a date of completion ahead of time, but if you need it, let me know in advance.

▪ The commission includes the character with a flat background at no additional cost, you will recieve 2 copies, one with my logo that is used for sharing the image and one without for you to use as profile pictures etc. the watermark version is the only version you may share with others.

▪After I finish the commission, I will send it to your email.

▪ I can only make minimal changes before finishing the commission (small details).

▪You may request that I redo a sketch from the ground up 1 time, you may request minor changes to the sketch after that. Once I start line art I will no longer be able to change pose or major structure, I may be able to change the expression at this point. Once I begin to color I will no longer change any structure or expression, I will only be working with color, please tell me ahead of time if you have a preference for colors. You get a maximum of three changes per stage, any additional changes will cost 4 USD extra per each.

☆☆COMMISSIONERS ARE ALLOWED TO☆☆

▪The client can use the commission wherever they want, but they can't claim the work as theirs.

▪ Print the image on objects or paper for PERSONAL USE only.

▪Only customers who have PAID for commercial use are allowed to use it commercially.
